Addressing the issue of non-users

Found a terrific blog post this morning, addressing the age-old problem in library marketing: how to get to those folks who don’t already use the library. All too often, we’re preaching to the choir.

Enter Jill Stover and Library Marketing: Thinking Outside the Book. She’s written part one of a four-part post on Taking the “non” out of “non-user.” I can’t wait for the rest of the series!

Update: Turns out I don’t have to. (It pays to look around a bit. Ah, the consequences of running on too little sleep and too much coffee….but I digress.)
